Although there is not a whole lot to say about a tablet cover, they are a necessity when it comes to tablets that are going to be handled by children. The Fintie Galaxy Tab 8 cover is no exception. Made entirely from silicone it does a great job at making the case very grippy and easy to hold. It features a honey comb design on the backside which further adds to the grippability. The silicone also serves the purpose of padding from the shock of drops which it does quite well. It also sports a nice overhang on the front side, so if the tablet was to be dropped on its face it would keep the screen from making contact with the ground. The button covers are pliable and easy to push, while not actuating the button on accident by putting pressure near them. Finally it comes in a variety of colors, which could be fun to let you kids pick out the color they want.

As with the Fintie case the Ipad Pro 9.7 inch silicone case is also pretty standard and there is not much to say about it. It also is made entirely from silicone rubber, providing it with great grip and substantial shock protection for drops. It too covers all around the back and sides including the buttons, but has a slightly less pronounced overhang on the front. The overhang will still keep the screen from making contact with a surface, but it is a bit smaller and could be bypassed by a small pebble however this is not hard to over look after applying the included screen protector. The buttons can be somewhat stiff and hard to press, but are definitely still usable and wont cause any problems. The buttons also avoid any accidental actuation by pressing or holding near them. One of the things that sets this case apart from others is that it has a built in handle, this could be very handy for your child when doing something like walking from the house to the car.

When it comes to tablet covers its hard to find much to complain about. A nice silicone cover is going to provide you with two things, regardless of the brand; 1 – They are going to provide you with more grip to help with any potential slipping from the hand. 2 – They provide protection for the tablet from scratches and drops. As long as these two criteria are met than you have found a good cover for your tablet. That said the two cases that were covered by this list are tested, highly reviewed, and have proven to be good options. The new Retro Mini Classic Game Machine, is essentially a knock off Mini NES. It features the same form factor as the original Nintendo, but in a much smaller package. On the front side is sports a power switch, a reset button, and two ports for player controllers 1 and 2 just like it's big brother. On the backside you will find the same setup as the original as well; a port for the power supply and a single composite AV jack. Unlike the Original Nintendo the two controllers that come with the Retro Classic Mini while maintaining the same form factor have two additional buttons for X and Y because this system is not exclusive to NES games, but also has some from the SNES.

When it comes to the New Retro Mini Classic Game Machine there is some downsides that are worth mentioning. First off the Box and title on Amazon suggest this console has 600 games, the backside of the SAME box says it has 540 games, the Amazon product page says it has 500 games, and when you finally get the thing booted up your looking at a list of 400 games. This really is not that big of an issue because 400 games is still a lot of games, but it is worth knowing going into it that your not getting exactly whats advertised. Second, remember that audio visual composite cable that was mentioned earlier? Well that might cause some problems for you unless you have and older TV sitting around, as pretty much any newish display is not going to have composite, but it seems like most people have an old TV sitting around their house somewhere. Finally shipping is a nightmare you can expect up to a month waiting to get this thing in the mail, but that still leaves you time to get this one in before Christmas!

Finally, and great for those who have more than one child the Snug Play headphones feature an aux in port opposite the ear cup that has the wire. With this port you can daisy chain other headphones in, allowing multiple children to be listening to the same audio from their own individual headphones.

When it comes to downsides the Snug Play+ Kids Headphones don't have all that many, but those it does have are important. First off if your child wears glasses these headphones might be problematic. When wearing the headphones and glasses it slightly loosens the snug fit and allows them to slide forward when looking down. However this is easily over come by re-positioning the glasses before putting the headphones on or just removing the glasses altogether. The only other complaint relates to quality control, as some of these headphones just aren't up to snuff and will need to be replaced fairly quickly. In the age of Amazon this really isn't that big of a deal though, because you can easily get them replaced.

If your kid is already into gaming or is interested in getting into it, than they are going to need a space to call their own. There is no easier way to go about this then to buy a gaming chair for them. Giving them a gaming chair will give them a set place to sit down and play, rather then them taking up the hole couch to play on a cellphone. It will also help instill the old adage “there is a time and a place for everything” which any parent knows is an impossibly hard thing to tell a child. Most importantly though a good gaming chair will give your child a comfortable place to sit and enjoy not just gaming, but also watching TV or movies, listening to music, playing board games, or just hanging out with the family.

Though there are almost endless amounts of gaming chairs to choose from out there the Crew Furniture Classic Video Rocker brings some key features to the table that set it apart. First of all its a rocker! Looking at it as adult it doesn't look that appealing, but seeing it from a child eyes it looks amazingly comfortable and fun. Not only can they rock till their heart's content, but it could be flipped over and become a mini jungle gym, a small slide, or even an impromptu hill to race their hot wheels down.

Though being a rocker alone doesn't make it unique it does offer some benefits, one such being that it was designed for children and recommended for ages 4 to 18. It also has a wooden frame that has a fairly durable build quality. The ample foam padding is very soft, comfortable, and does not allow a child to pass through to the wooden frame easily.

The padding is upholstered in a mixture of a mesh fabric and faux-leather that have a pretty high quality feeling to them and are easily wiped down and cleaned with a damp cloth. The chair comes fully assembled so there is no hassle for parents. To wrap it all up the price is hard to argue with. At a very affordable 27 dollars whats the worst that could happen?

For the price the Crew Furniture Classic Video Rocker is inevitably going to have some downsides, but they are pretty manageable. First off and quite possibly not even viewed as a problem in your child's eyes, the chair can easily tip all the way backwards causing the child to roll off when getting too rambunctious with the rocking. The Video Rocker is not going to be a chair that you can sit in occasionally. Its pretty much just for your child and is super uncomfortable for anyone much bigger than 5 feet.

It really is not suitable for hardwood without some sort of modification to the bottom, it will undoubtedly scratch it. Finally the build quality is sub par. It will hold up to young children's weight even if they are somewhat rough with it, but it is not a chair that is going to be around for an exceedingly long time and is a classic case of you get what you pay for. Though this shouldn't matter all that much, kids grow so fast even if it was a long lasting product they will quickly out grow it.
